It is possible to buy humanitarian material directly in Lviv, Chop and Uzhhorod. Please DO NOT GO to the borders without any plan! By doing this, you may only cause logistic problems blocking organized convoys which are transporting medical supplies, bulletproof vests, helmets and other first priority material to Ukraine.

What to do next?

Fill out this form.
Anyone who owns a car, van, or truck is welcome to participate as a driver.
We will review your application ASAP and add you to the list of drivers so that you may be contacted by donors.
The nearest donors will get in touch with you. You may arrange a pick-up. We recommend combining multiple donations in one go. The aim is to use transport capacities efficiently.
Once you are full and available, you may drive your cargo to the Ukrainian borders.
Drop it at any of the listed points. Inform coordinators at the borders about your arrival upfront and via email. They either take it over directly from you, or you can store it at a given place.
7. Once you hand over your cargo, DO LET US KNOW info@materialproukrajinu.cz. We need to know it has reached the border. Please always give the type of cargo and location to notify the Ukrainian side.

Further instructions before your departure

Check out the situation at your destination
If possible, inform yourself continuously about the current traffic at the border you are heading. The situation may be very chaotic and lots of vehicles may cause trouble.
In such a case, choose another arrival time or another border crossing as your destination.

DO NOT drive alone but take at least another fellow and take turns while driving.

BEAR IN MIND weather may be cold, and get ready for it. Think about safety reflective signs.

Check your vehicle before you set out. Make sure you have enough fuel, we recommend taking a spare gas can.

What to do next?

Collect as much material as possible from the list below the map.
Pack up the material in packaging boxes, or plastic bags, if possible.
Label the bags or boxes, ideally in both languages. You can use Google Translator.

Find the nearest DRIVER or COLLECTION on the map or in the sheet. You may search by city to find a driver near you.
Contact the driver via email or call them to inform them how much material you send, arrange the pick-up time & place.
Hand over the cargo to the driver as arranged.
The driver will bring it ASASP to one of the locations at the Ukrainian borders. It will be taken over by the Ukrainian side.
